RETURNS:  We have a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days after receipt of your purchase mixed to request a return.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging, along with your receipt of purchase.

To instigate a request to return, send an email to cherie.@cherielongart.com. If your return is accepted, I will send instructions on where to send your return. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Items returned without prior approval of return, will not be accepted or credited.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact me immediately if your purchase is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the concern, and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Custom items, special orders, personalized pieces are non-returnable. Again, please inspect your custom order carefully upon receipt. Contact me immediately if there are any issues with your custom order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Shipping

Cherie Long Art is fully dedicated to ensuring your purchased item is shipped out as soon as possible.

All Domestic orders are processed within 2-7 business days after clearance of payment.

International orders are processed with 3-8 business days after clearance of payment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). 

Most of our merchandise is printed and processed in house in the Pacific Northwest. Some Fine Art Prints that are not limited editions, and some large wholesale orders may be contracted out to an external printing company. Please allow an extra 7-10 days for order processing and fulfillment. You will be notified upon placing your order, if it will be contracted out for printing. 

All Original Art is fully insured for shipment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your art piece to be professionally prepped, packaged and shipped.

International Duties and Taxes

On International Shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may apply on shipments. Cherie Long Art is not responsible for any International customs, duties, tariffs or import taxes.

Any applicable taxes and duties are NOT included in the checkout total. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes, and some do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone or email to pay charges so the shipment can continue to its destination.  If you refuse to pay any of the above mentioned, your purchase will be returned to Cherie Long Art. Provided that the art piece is in its original condition, you will be refunded the cost of your purchase, minus all shipping and other incurred costs for the return.

It can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
